Sample Comparative Essay and Topic
Sample Comparative Essay and TopicIn order to write a sample comparative essay, the student should first of all understand that there are different criteria for the essays which are commonly known as samples. These samples consist of examples of literary works in comparison to other literary works which will prove to be extremely useful for the student to come up with the best possible essay which can be submitted to a college or university. The common idea behind samples and essay topics is that they are similar in structure and use of the same material but have different themes. For example, one sample may have the subject line 'Passion' and the other one might have the subject line 'Focus.' The student should study the samples thoroughly before deciding which one he will use for his essay and then try to adapt the theme to his own interest and find out how it can be presented in a novel form. The importance of studying the samples is really great as the student is able to find out w hat is important in a sample. One might have a sample which states that the topic should be about passion for music and the writer talks about how music can cure many problems such as stress and depression. In this case the sample is completely useless as a sample because it does not use a single word from the particular subject matter but uses the entire subject matter in several sentences in order to present the theme on it.This kind of essay would look like an average essay, even though it has very little purpose, as the sample contains all the best words and concepts which are not relevant for this topic and could have been used in the sample, as the main thesis statement, for example. The sample also lacks the proper sequence of sentences, as it should start by discussing some benefits of music and how it can improve one's health. After that, the sample would move into discussing the famous works and songs in comparison to the lyrics of the sample and use the word 'music' only once to state that it is a literary work. The sample would also contain many false facts and rumors topresent an opposite view on the topic and would also contain lots of similarities and repetition as the text will not allow the reader to comprehend the main topic of the sample. It is impossible to present the sample as a more than an average sample and would thus not be accepted by the judges.Furthermore, there are many writers who claim that when writing samples the better idea is to focus on the main topic and include small snippets that do not contain any ideas but simply tell the reader what to think about and emphasize the good points as an additional feature. The writer is thus able to come up with the best possible work for the essay and create a quality essay which will give the professor the advantage of an average and representative work. However, it should also be noted that the better the writer the better the samples will turn out to be, as the writer can provide a com plete essay which is made up of themes and ideas. In contrast, there are also times when students would get frustrated when trying to write a sample and the problems could be due to the fact that they will not be able to find the right kind of topic and the samples do not exactly fit their topic. The best way to solve this problem is to go online and search for a sample and from there you can begin to think about writing a sample. It would be wise to read sample after sample and decide which one you would like to use for your own essay. Finally, we can say that writing samples and essay topics are closely related and in order to make the sample really stand out one must be careful in choosing the best ones and present the best ideas and themes in the sample. This can be done by taking the assistance of the internet and by reading sample after sample.
